Reservation
- What is the best way to get the lowest price?
- Booking directly through our official website or by phone will get you the best rates.
- How much do rates vary by day of the week?
- Rates vary by approximately ¥2,200–¥12,100 depending on the day of the week. *Year-end and New Year holidays are excluded.
- Can a single guest make a reservation?
- Single-occupancy bookings are generally available, although there may be days when we are unable to accommodate individual guests.
- What happens with room cleaning and amenity replenishment during an extended stay?
- We clean the room every day. For amenities, please let us know your preferences and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Are there rates for children?
- Children's rates are 50% of the adult rate (meals & bedding included), ¥5,500 (bedding included, no meals), or ¥3,300 (no bedding, no meals). Please check here for information about children's meals.
Cancellations and changes
- When do cancellation fees apply?
- Cancellation fees are charged at 30% for cancellations 3 days before arrival, 50% the day before, and 100% on the day of arrival.
- Can I change the number of guests or room type after booking?
- Changes are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate you.
- How can I confirm, change, or cancel a reservation?
- Please use the site where you made your booking. For difficult cases, please contact us directly.
- What should I do if I am running late?
- Please contact us in advance. We appreciate a little notice.
Access and parking
- How do I get there from the nearest station?
- We recommend taking a taxi. The inn is approximately 8 minutes away by taxi.
- Is parking available if I drive? Is a reservation required?
- Parking is free of charge. No reservation is needed.
- Are there restrictions on vehicle height or large vehicles?
- There are no height restrictions, but large vehicles such as micro-buses cannot be accommodated.
- How much does a taxi cost?
- Approximately ¥1,200–¥1,500 from the station (about 8 minutes).
- Is there a convenience store or drugstore nearby?
- There is a convenience store (Lawson) about 300 meters away.
Check-in and check-out
- What are the check-in hours?
- Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00. Early check-in at 1:30 PM is available for an additional fee of 2,200 yen per person.
- What time is check-out? Can I extend?
- Standard check-out is 10:30. Late check-out until 12:00 is available for an additional fee (¥2,200 per person).
- Can I leave my luggage or have someone wait for me at the inn if I arrive early?
- Yes, luggage storage and waiting inside the inn are both possible.
- When is payment due?
- Payment is generally requested at check-out.
Rooms and facilities
- Do all rooms have a private bath and toilet?
- Yes, all rooms are fully equipped with a private bath and toilet.
- Are the in-room baths hot spring water?
- There are rooms with hot spring baths and rooms with regular baths.
- Are there rooms with beds?
- We have Western-style bed rooms. Additionally, by layering two firm 15 cm mattresses with a 10 cm futon, we can provide a setup that can be used like a simple bed with a height of approximately 40 cm, similar to a standard bed.
Meal
- Where are meals served?
- Meals are basically served in a private dining room. In some cases, we may guide you to a shared dining area.
- Can I choose meal times?
- Dinner is available from 18:00 or 18:30.
- Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
- We can accommodate a wide range of requests, but dishes containing fish broth cannot be substituted.
- Can you prepare a commemorative cake or help celebrate a special occasion?
- Yes, this is possible. Please let us know in advance.
Hot springs and private baths
- How many baths are there in total?
- There are 7 baths in total.
Our facility offers a total of four public baths and open-air baths on the first floor (separate for men and women, with a gender swap at midnight).
In addition, there are three private open-air baths: one on the third floor available by reservation in hourly time slots, and two on the rooftop available without reservation.The private open-air bath on the third floor can be reserved in one-hour increments.
The rooftop private open-air baths may be used at any time if they are available.You can check the availability of the rooftop private baths via indicator lamps located next to the elevators on the guest room floors (2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors). A lit lamp indicates that the bath is currently in use.
- Are the private open-air baths reservation-based? How does it work on the day?
- The third-floor open-air baths are reservation-based, and advance booking is also available.
- What are the hours for private baths, and how many times can I use them per stay?
- You can make a reservation in one-hour slots (on the hour), and each use is limited to 40 minutes. In principle, each room may be used once per stay.
- What are the hours for the large communal baths? Is gender alternation available?
- Available from 15:00 to the next morning at 9:30. Gender alternation in the large baths is done late at night after midnight.
- Is there a rest area or lounge on the upper floor?
- A relaxation area is available next to the public bath on the first floor.
In addition, there is a terrace with a foot bath on the rooftop. While it is not a designated relaxation area, it can be enjoyed as a space to unwind after bathing.
Guest Services
- Is there in-room Wi-Fi?
- Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms.
- Can I get a massage?
- In-room massage service is available.
- Is there a rock bath or spa?
Reservations are available by phone, email, or at the front desk on the day of use (last admission at 9:00 PM).
Ganbanyoku (a rock bath) is available at the following rates:- Price per person for 1 guest: ¥4,400 (tax included)
- Price per person for 2 guests: ¥3,300 (tax included)
- Price per person for 3 guests: ¥2,750 (tax included)
For families with children
- Can wheelchairs be used within the facility? Are they available for rental?
Wheelchair access is available in the hallways and elevators within the facility.
However, guest rooms are tatami-floored and are not accessible by wheelchair. Wheelchair use is limited to public areas.Wheelchairs are also available for rental. Please feel free to request one if needed.
- Can I use a stroller inside the inn?
- We ask that strollers not be used inside the inn.
Rules, Payments, and Others
- Can I pay by credit card?
- We accept VISA, JCB, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Saison Card, and debit cards.
- Is the inn non-smoking?
Public spaces within the facility are non-smoking.
If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking room located near the elevator on the third floor.Smoking is permitted in guest rooms.
- Is photography and video recording allowed?
- Photography is allowed in rooms and private baths.
- Are there any additional charges such as accommodation tax?
- Bath tax and accommodation tax will be charged separately.
